how hard it is to install a Ceiling Fan, in place of a regular chandelier type Light Fixture?

Its really quite simple Warrior. All you have to do is be able to follow the written instructions and know how to use a screw driver and maybe a pair of pliers. I’ve installed several. Takes about half an hour. Good luck to you
